Dr. Mondestin specializes in spinal surgery and has extensive training and experience in treating all patients who want to maximize their potential to be active and get back to enjoying life.

Dr. Mondestin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He then obtained his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Mondestin went on to complete his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Following his residency, he was accepted into the prestigious Johns Hopkins University Spine Surgery Fellowship, where he underwent training in traditional and minimally invasive approaches to spine surgery.
