Madison Schwerzler, PA-C
Madison is NCCPA certified physician assistant with 3 years of experience in Orthopedics and has been practicing in medicine since 2020.
Madison is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Seton Hill University with a BS/MS in Physician Assistant Studies in May 2020, where she was also a collegiate soccer player. After graduation, she completed a Postgraduate Physician Assistant Surgical Residency Program at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown, New York, where she was trained as a surgical physician assistant in multiple surgical subspecialties including Plastic Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Cardiac Surgery, ENT, Urology, OB/GYN, and Anesthesia. After she completed her Physician Assistant Surgical Residency, she moved to Florida and began working full time in Orthopedics.
Most of her career as a physician assistant has been spent in Orthopedic Surgery and she is happy to be able to provide excellent sports medicine/orthopedic care at JFI Sports Medicine in Loxahatchee/Wellington, Florida. Here at JFI Sports Medicine we specialize in general orthopedic conditions, provide specialty foot and ankle surgical care, and offer regenerative medicine procedures including PRP injections. She completed a certification in Cellular Biologics, Repairing, Healing, & Restoring Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Bone Marrow Aspirate (BMA), & Adipose Training.
She is very passionate about being a physician assistant and always strives to provide the best care possible to all patients. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, going to the gym, snowboarding, and reading.
